Structured curriculum data may be shared with others, provided it does not include substantial portions of copyrighted text beyond what is reasonably necessary to identify or describe the work. Long or highly creative titles should be paraphrased when possible.

If you upload copyrighted material for which you do not hold rights to share, you may store it in your account for personal use only. It will not be made accessible to other users.

By uploading any content, you grant OpenSky a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. We do not claim ownership over your materials and will never sell or share them without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights or permission to upload and, if applicable, share any content. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content alleged to infringe copyright.
