Manage Enrolled Courses

The Enrolled Course Drawer gives you detailed insight into how a student is progressing through a single curriculum. Access this by clicking on an Enrolled Course in a student's profile.

Progress Overview

At the top, you'll see:

• Percent complete
• Remaining lessons
• A structured outline of the full course

This helps you gauge how far along your student is and what's coming next.

Adjusting the Schedule

You can change pacing at any time and OpenSky recalculates everything automatically. Just click Edit Schedule.

Bulk Lesson Actions

If you're starting mid-year or catching up:

• Mark All Lessons Before This Complete
• Bulk update lesson statuses

This lets you sync OpenSky with where you truly are in the book.

Grading Tools

Inside the drawer, you can:

• Enter lesson-by-lesson grades
• Review existing grades
• Leave feedback
• Set a final course grade

All grades flow directly into the student's transcript.

Common Questions

Q: What happens when I change pacing mid-year? A: OpenSky recalculates all remaining lessons based on your new pacing settings. Completed lessons are not affected.
