Understanding the Calendar View

The planner displays every school day across the month, with color-coding that helps you instantly understand the state of your schedule:

• Today is highlighted in blue
• Upcoming days show the number of lessons planned
• Past days with all completed lessons appear clearly marked in green
• Past days with unfinished lessons displays as oranage so you always know if something slipped

This makes it easy to tell exactly which days are complete and what needs attention.

Rescheduling Missed Days

If you had to skip school unexpectedly—maybe a field trip, illness, or a travel day—you can fix your plan instantly:

1. Click the missed day
2. Select Reschedule Day
3. OpenSky automatically moves all lessons from that day to the date of your choosing
4. All future lessons are recalculated so pacing stays intact

No manual dragging, no lesson-by-lesson editing.

Skipping Future Days

Planning ahead for vacations or days off is just as easy:

1. Click the future date
2. Choose Skip This Day
3. All lessons are automatically shifted forward to accommodate the break
