Your records belong to you. This article covers how to delete your account.

Deleting your account#

Deleting your account removes your whole homeschool permanently. This cannot be undone.

1. Visit https://www.openskyplanner.com/account-deletion and complete the form.
2. Support will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm the action.
3. Your account will be deleted.

What is deleted:

• Students and all their progress
• Transcripts and portfolios
• Courses, lessons and comments
• Calendars and schedules
• Course templates
• Billing and subscription data
• Activity history

Before you do it:

• It deletes the homeschool for every parent in it, not just you. If another parent still wants to use OpenSky, do not delete the account.
• Student sign-ins are removed along with the students.
• Billing stops. Any time you have already paid for simply runs out, and there are no further charges.
• Generate any portfolios or transcripts you want to keep first. They cannot be produced afterwards.
